About us

We are a family business with the goal to make the most delicious, pure, and consistent sourdough bread of El Salvador. We are originated from the Netherlands and arrived in El Salvador in 2022. In the Netherlands, we are enthusiast bread consumers. After we landed in El Salvador we found that there is a lot of high quality produces around but we struggled finding wholesome sourdough bread. The idea of starting a micro sourdough bakery has been born since. The company is run by father and son each complementing their own skills to deliver the highest quality bread to your doormat!

About the loafs

Our loafs are made of the purest ingredients. For the dough we only use flour, water and salt in combination with our sourdough starter. By keeping the ingredients pure we aim to deliver a rustique and fair product without added preservatives.
